WSP-H technology works with various feedstocks and may be used in many applications (click for details).

Spraying powders

Conventional spraying of coarse dry powders (typical mean size 50 to 150 micrometers).

Spraying liquids

Spraying of fine suspensions and solutions taking advantage of high plasma enthalpy and long jet.

Hybrid spraying

Co-spraying of powders and liquids providing additional functionality to the coatings.

Very thick/large area coatings

Extreme throughput enables efficient deposition of thick coatings even on large components.

Free standing coatings

Specialty of WSP-H technology - fabrication of free standing coatings of various shapes.

Materials processing

WSP-H can be used for powder spheroidization or on-site reaction plasma synthesis.
